When you sign up for one or more of our text messaging programs, you consent to receive informational text messages from Brikers or authorized third parties at the phone number(s) you provide. You may opt out at any time. Participation is not contingent on making a purchase.
Program Overview
BRIKERS text messages deliver informational content regarding Brikers products and services, such as updates on events from Brikers or its authorized representatives. Transactional updates may also be included.
Message Frequency
The number of messages you receive depends on the specific Brikers text messaging programs you subscribe to and their respective frequency.
Costs
Your mobile carrier's standard message and data rates may apply to all text messages sent or received from Brikers programs, including any applicable roaming charges. While Brikers does not charge additional fees for these messages, any charges incurred are your responsibility.
Opt-In Process
To subscribe to a Brikers text messaging program, follow the instructions provided by the specific program. This may include responding affirmatively (e.g., replying “YES” or “Y” to a text message).
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the stated categories in this privacy policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Opt-Out Process
To stop receiving messages from a specific program, text “STOP” to the corresponding short code. After opting out, you may receive a confirmation message, but no further texts will be sent unless you resubscribe. Opting out applies only to the specific program associated with that code.
Phone Number Ownership
By enrolling, you confirm that you own or are authorized to use the mobile number you provide. Notify Brikers immediately if your number changes by contacting Brikers Customer Support at: +1 604.882.0077. You agree to indemnify Brikers for any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your failure to inform us of a number change, including violations under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
Delivery Not Guaranteed
Receiving text messages depends on your mobile carrier and device capabilities. Brikers is not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or security issues caused by mobile networks or devices.
Supported Carriers
Carriers that support Brikers text messaging programs may change. Current carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. Neither carriers nor Brikers are liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
