EX 120-2 Arm speed

Let's see if this thing works. I have a customer with a Hitachi 120-2 and the arm in speed is a little slow. It's within specs but on the lower end. Is there any way to increase just the arm in speed? I raised the PC pressure a bit but this also increases the arm out speed. Everything else seems to check out fine. Any ideas?
